Show me in scripture where it gives any indication Christ, in a NEW flesh body as himself, is going to “physically” walk this earth again.
You can’t, because it’s just NOT there!
When Christ returns, there will be NO flesh bodies walking this earth!
Christ “spiritually” returns for his soul’s “bride” at THE END!
Christ returns in the clouds of heaven; every pair of eyes with vision walking this earth at that time will be a witness of his “appearing” WORLDWIDE!
Every knee will bow “worldwide,” some in praise and glory, the rest in terror and fear of the glory and POWER they see coming.
And in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, his power and glory will change us… IE, extract our souls from our flesh as they drop to the ground for Satan to destroy after the eagles get their fill and we ALL “spiritually” meet him in Judgment in the clouds of Heaven. Not the clouds of earth.
The “Great” and “Terrible” Day of the Lord, “The End” of Time.
The end of science, the end of mystery, the end of flesh, and the end of life as we know it, right now.
Well, what about the 1000-year millennial reign of Christ in Jerusalem?
You’re confusing the Spirit of Christ in flesh man right now with the Godhead Spirit of Christ that is returning to receive his “bride” into his kingdom that is NOT of this world and never will be. We have been in the millennial reign, {{{of}}} the kingdom of Jerusalem. That kingdom is WITHIN US! That Kingdom is not of this world. That kingdom is the kingdom we are going to eternally enter when the born-again spirit is extracted from our temporary flesh bodies as they return to dust. AT THE END of the WORLD! Judgment Day, the great and terrible day of the Lord! When the souls (dead) that have previously died in Christ but are asleep rise first, then the souls that remain. And all souls meet the Lord in the clouds of heaven and stand in judgment.
One day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years is like one day. What the carnal mind can’t comprehend is the references to the day of this or that or a thousand years of this or that virtually could just mean an undisclosed, undetermined period of time.
Christ IS NOT returning as himself in a new flesh body to walk this earth. That is nowhere in Scripture.
I know that is next to impossible for the carnal mind to comprehend. Hence, the need for a regenerated mind empowered with spiritual discernment.
This is what Jesus himself said. He makes ZERO indication he is going to walk this earth in his own flesh body again. He said the exact opposite.
He said, when he comes, it will be as a bolt of lightning ⚡ that shines from the east to the west, AKA around the entire world. all at once, in a FLASH of LIGHT!!
He said, “If anybody says, ‘I am here or there,’ DO NOT BELIEVE IT!”
He said he will send his “Angels” (spirit beings) to gather his Elect (spirit beings), those souls WHO HIS SPIRIT IS MANIFESTED WITHIN!
He said, many will come teaching a false Christ! Not many will come proffessing to be him!
He said, we must ENDURE the tribulation until The End! The same will BE Saved!
He said he won’t return until AFTER the tribulation, AFTER the sun is darkened and the moon doesn’t shine.
Matthew 13:40–43 ( KJV 1900 )
40
As therefore the
tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end
of this world.
41
The Son of man shall
send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all
things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
42
And shall cast them
into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
43
Then shall the
righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who
hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Matthew 16:27 ( KJV 1900 )
27
For the Son of man
shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he
shall reward every man according to his works.
Matthew 24 ( KJV 1900 )
1
And Jesus went out, and departed from the
temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings
of the temple.
2
And Jesus said unto them, See
ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be
left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
3
And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the
disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these
things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end
of the world?
4
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take
heed that no man deceive you.
5
For
many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive
many.
6
And ye shall hear of
wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these
things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7
For nation shall rise
against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be
famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8
All these are the
beginning of sorrows.
9
Then shall they
deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be
hated of all nations for my name’s sake.
10
And then shall many
be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one
another.
11
And many
false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
12
And because iniquity
shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
13
But
he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
14
And this gospel of
the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all
nations; and then shall the end come.
15
When ye therefore
shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the
prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him
understand:)
16
Then let them which
be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
17
Let him which is on
the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
18
Neither let him which
is in the field return back to take his clothes.
19
And woe unto them
that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
20
But pray ye that your
flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
21
For then shall be
great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world
to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
22
And
except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be
saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.
23
Then if any
man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24
For there
shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great
signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall
deceive the very elect.
25
Behold, I have
told you before.
26
Wherefore if
they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth:
behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
27
{{{For
as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the
west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
28
For
wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered
together.
29
Immediately
after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and
the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from
heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
}}}
30
And {{{then
shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all
the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man
coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
}}}
31
And {{{he
shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall
gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven
to the other. }}}
32
Now learn a parable
of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth
leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
33
So likewise ye, when
ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the
doors.
34
Verily I say unto
you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be
fulfilled.
35
Heaven
and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
36
But of that day and
hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father
only.
37
But as the days of
Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38
For as in the days
that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying
and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39
And knew not until
the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of
the Son of man be.
40
Then shall two be in
the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41
Two women shall be
grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
42
Watch therefore: for
ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
43
But know this, that
if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would
come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to
be broken up.
44
Therefore
be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man
cometh.
45
Who then is a
faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his
household, to give them meat in due season?
46
Blessed is that
servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
47
Verily I say unto
you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
48
But and if that evil
servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
49
And shall begin to
smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
50
The lord of that
servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an
hour that he is not aware of,
51
And shall cut him
asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall
be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Matthew 25:31–32 ( KJV 1900 )
31
When
the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with
him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32
And
before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them
one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
Matthew 26:64 ( KJV 1900 )
64
Jesus saith unto him, Thou
hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter
shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and
coming in the clouds of heaven.
John 5:28–29 ( KJV 1900 )
28
Marvel
not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the
graves shall hear his voice,
29
And
shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of
life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of
damnation.
John 14:3 ( KJV 1900 )
3
And
if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive
you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
1 Corinthians 1:7–8 ( KJV 1900
)
7
So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting
for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:
8
Who
shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the
day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 15:51–52 ( KJV
1900 )
51
Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not
all sleep, but we
shall all be changed,
52
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at
the last trump: for the
trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and
we shall be changed.
2 Corinthians 1:14 ( KJV 1900 )
14
As also ye have acknowledged us in part,
that we are your rejoicing, even as ye also are ours in
the day of the Lord Jesus.
2 Corinthians 5:10 ( KJV 1900 )
10
For we
must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ;
that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to
that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
Philippians 3:20–21 ( KJV 1900
)
20
For our conversation is in heaven; from
whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:
21
Who
shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his
glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to
subdue all things unto himself.
Colossians 3:4 ( KJV 1900 )
4
When
Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with
him in glory.
1 Thessalonians 2:19 ( KJV 1900 )
19
For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of
rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ
at his coming?
1 Thessalonians 3:13 ( KJV 1900 )
13
To the
end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God,
even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his
saints.
1 Thessalonians 4:16–17 ( KJV
1900 )
16
For the Lord himself shall descend from
heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the
trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17
Then we which are alive and remain shall be
caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the
air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1 Thessalonians 5:2–3 ( KJV
1900 )
2
For yourselves know perfectly that the day
of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
3
For when they shall say, Peace and safety;
then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman
with child; and they shall not escape.
2 Thessalonians 1:7–10 ( KJV
1900 )
7
And to you who are troubled rest with us,
when
the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
8
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them
that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus
Christ:
9
Who shall be punished with everlasting
destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his
power;
10
When
he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all
them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in
that day.
2 Thessalonians 2:1–8 ( KJV
1900 )
1
Now we
beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by
our gathering together unto him,
2
That
ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor
by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at
hand.
3
Let no man deceive you by any means: for
that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and
that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4
Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all
that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth
in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
5
Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with
you, I told you these things?
6
And now ye know what withholdeth that he
might be revealed in his time.
7
For the mystery of iniquity doth already
work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the
way.
8
And
then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with
the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his
coming:
1 Timothy 6:14–15 ( KJV 1900 )
14
That thou keep this commandment without
spot, unrebukeable, until
the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:
15
Which in his times he shall shew, who is
the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
2 Timothy 4:1 ( KJV 1900 )
1
I charge thee therefore before God, and the
Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at
his appearing and his kingdom;
2 Timothy 4:8 ( KJV 1900 )
8
Henceforth
there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the
righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but
unto all them also that love his appearing.
Titus 2:13 ( KJV 1900 )
13
Looking for that blessed hope, and the
glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
Hebrews 9:28 ( KJV 1900 )
28
So Christ was once offered to bear the sins
of many; and unto
them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin
unto salvation.
Hebrews 10:37 ( KJV 1900 )
37
For yet a little while, and he that shall
come will come, and will not tarry.
James 5:7–8 ( KJV 1900 )
7
Be patient therefore, brethren, unto
the coming of the Lord. Behold,
the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath
long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
8
Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts:
for
the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
1 Peter 1:7 ( KJV 1900 )
7
That the trial of your faith, being much
more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with
fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at
the appearing of Jesus Christ:
1 Peter 4:13 ( KJV 1900 )
13
But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers
of Christ’s sufferings; that, when
his glory shall be revealed, ye
may be glad also with exceeding joy.
1 Peter 5:4 ( KJV 1900 )
4
And
when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of
glory that fadeth not away.
2 Peter 1:16 ( KJV 1900 )
16
For we
have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto
you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were
eyewitnesses of his majesty.
2 Peter 3:3–4 ( KJV 1900 )
3
Knowing
this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking
after their own lusts,
4
And saying, Where is the promise of his
coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as
they were from the beginning of the creation.
2 Peter 3:10 ( KJV 1900 )
10
But
the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which
the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements
shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are
therein shall be burned up.
2 Peter 3:12–13 ( KJV 1900 )
12
Looking
for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the
heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt
with fervent heat?
13
Nevertheless we,
according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth,
wherein dwelleth righteousness.
1 John 2:28 ( KJV 1900 )
28
And now, little children, abide in him;
that, when
he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before
him at his coming.
1 John 3:2–3 ( KJV 1900 )
2
Beloved,
now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall
be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for
we shall see him as he is.
3
And
every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is
pure.
Jude 14–15 ( KJV 1900 )
14
And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam,
prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten
thousands of his saints,
15
to execute judgment upon all, and to
convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds
which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches
which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
Malachi 3:1–2 ( KJV 1900 )
1
Behold, I will send my messenger, and he
shall prepare the way before me: And the
Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, Even
the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: Behold,
he shall come, saith the Lord
of hosts.
2
But who may abide the day of his coming?
And who shall stand when he appeareth? For
he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap:
Revelation 1:3 ( KJV 1900 )
3
Blessed is he that readeth, and they that
hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are
written therein: for the time is at hand.
Revelation 1:7 ( KJV 1900 )
7
Behold,
he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also
which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because
of him. Even so, Amen.
Revelation 16:15 ( KJV 1900 )
15
Behold, I come
as a thief.
Blessed is he that
watcheth, and
keepeth his garments,
lest he walk naked, and
they see his
shame.
Revelation 19:11–16 ( KJV 1900
)
11
And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white
horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in
righteousness he doth judge and make war.
12
His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on
his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man
knew, but he himself.
13
And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in
blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
14
And the armies which were in heaven
followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and
clean.
15
And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword,
that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with
a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and
wrath of Almighty God.
16
And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh
a name written,
KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
Revelation 22:12 ( KJV 1900 )
12
And, behold, I come
quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his
work shall be.
