YES, knowing the written scripture is part of the program. Because even the devil knows the scripture and he is an expert at twisting and distorting precept of the written scripture in order to keep as many as he can in bondage with HIM!
So, here is what the scripture actually says.
It’s not about knowing the scripture, it’s about actually KNOWING the author of it INTERNALLY! It’s about being virtually lead by, guided by, educated by the Living Spirit of God. Who commissions us to allow him to take over and Wheel his truth with HIS Mighty Sword and Powerful Armor. To stand against and battle the Principalities, demonic morals and rulers and leaders of darkness masquerading as Love and light, with great, undefeatable POWER and Glory! As WE ARE, In The Last Days and God is separating the wheat from the tares. And we know what happens to the tares.
Matthew 10:20

Ephesians 4:20-27
20 But ye have not so learned Christ;

23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
