How do you get the comforter (Holy Ghost, Close encounter with God)?
REPENT, Change your mind about sin.. Believe the Gospel about it, (inequity, un-righteousness). Believe that living a fearless life of committing it, is going to send you to hell. That a truly born again follower of Christ (AKA Christian) possessed by the Father, Son, Holy Ghost does not and can not commit sin. Because, he/she is born of God and has had the devil who’s been there at the control panel since birth, EVICTED!

18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
